ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

We do not test on animals. 

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PHTHALATES, PARABENS OR OTHER POLLUTING AGENTS?

No. Fragrances from Pulse Archive do not use Parabens, PEG, Phthalates, Silicones, Sulfates, BHA, BHT, EDTA, mineral oils & waxes, or Phenoxyethanol.

CAN I RETURN OR REQUEST REFUNDS FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE?

Purchases may not be returned, refunded or exchanged, unless they were damaged in shipment.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

No, not at this time.

CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Yes. A delivery confirmation code will automatically be emailed to you, which you can then track online at the UPSP website.

IF MY ORDER GETS LOST IN TRANSIT, CAN I HAVE A REFUND OR REPLACE IT?

Yes, except when the orders are marked as “delivered.”

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for arrival.

CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER WITH NEXT DAY OR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?

No. The U.S. Department of Transportation only allows flammable items to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping.

CAN I GET FREE SAMPLES?

Yes, a sample of the next fragrance in development will be offered with every order.
